At Zaodmd, your satisfaction is our priority. This document outlines the complete process for returning or exchanging items purchased through our platform. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

Part 2: Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

2.2 Timing Requirements

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Requests made after this window may be rejected or subject to store credit only.

2.3 Documentation

  • A valid proof of purchase is required. Acceptable forms include:

    • Invoice included in the package

    • Screenshot of your order details from your account


Part 3: Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

We take quality control seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please follow this protocol:

4.2 How to Report

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging

4.3 Resolution Options
Once we verify the issue, you may choose:

  • Replacement: We will ship a new item at no additional cost (stock permitting).

  • Full Refund: Including original shipping costs, if applicable.

5.1 Inspection & Approval
Once your returned item arrives at our facility:

  1. Our team inspects the item to ensure it meets eligibility requirements.

  2. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.2 Refund Issuance

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account is controlled by your bank or card issuer.

5.3 Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not reimbursed.

6.2 Shipping Recommendations
If you are covering return shipping costs, we strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

  • Keeping the tracking number and proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Zaodmd is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping by the customer.
