  • Other Regions: We service many additional countries. If you can place an order, we can ship to you.

Important Information for International Buyers:

When shipping to countries outside of Indonesia, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes (such as VAT or GST) imposed by the destination country.

  • Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Payment: They are not included in the item price or the shipping cost shown at checkout.

  • Collection: These fees are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery or by the local customs authority. Please contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

C2. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Zaodmd is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returns: If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
